Headaches are so common that some people think it is normal!

Headaches are good indicators that something is wrong. They are most commonly associated with neck pain.

Headaches can also be caused by stress, toxic fumes, foods, preservatives or sinus pressure.

Most of the over-counter headache medications simply cover up the symptoms and don't address the real problem of what is causing the headache. If you are getting more than one headache a week, that is too many!

One of the most frequent and commonly over looked reasons for headaches is the mal-alignment of spinal bones in the neck and upper back. These mal-alignments can cause unwanted pressure in the head and neck resulting in headaches.

When the neck vertebra lose their normal position or motion, sensitive nerves and blood vessels to the head can be affected. When spinal muscles and related tissues are very tight or stretched they can become very irritated and can produce headaches that are throbbing or even stabbing to the eye.

Through a thorough examination of the neck and head we can determine what is causing the headaches.
